Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Unicode Converter add-in or add-on ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to:

• The Unicode Converter Microsoft Office Add-in (Word / Excel)
• The Unicode Converter Google Docs / Google Sheets Add-on

2. Description of Service

Unicode Converter is a productivity tool that converts KrutiDev / Devlys font text to standard Unicode (Mangal) within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. The Service is provided by RajTool (www.rajtool.com).

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, RajTool grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any component of it.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with license verification mechanisms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. Available plans:

Billing

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize RajTool to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@rajtool.com.

Cross-Platform Access

A single subscription linked to your email address grants access to premium features on both the Microsoft Office Add-in and the Google Docs/Sheets Add-on simultaneously.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial of premium features automatically upon first use. No credit card is required to start the trial.

RajTool reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Process or distribute content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Share or transfer your subscription credentials to other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials associated with the Service are the exclusive property of RajTool and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The KrutiDev/Devlys-to-Unicode conversion mapping used by the Service is based on publicly available character mappings used in the Hindi typing ecosystem.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RajTool does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate for all text inputs.
• Defects will be corrected immediately.
• The Service will meet all your specific requirements.

Always review converted output before using in official documents. Conversion accuracy may vary depending on the source font and text formatting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RajTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or documents, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RajTool in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

RajTool may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Uninstall the add-in/add-on from your Microsoft Office or Google Workspace account to revoke all associated permissions.

11. Changes to Terms

RajTool reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
